Add Footer Menu
First, you want to create a new menu in Appearance > Menus and set the ‘Display Location’ to Footer Menu. You can learn how to that here.
Add Social Icons

Footer Bar Settings
To access the footer settings, go to your WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Site Footer. Within the Site Footer settings, you’ll find various options, including the ability to modify the copyright text, remove the shop credit and customize fonts & colors.
