Blogger: How to Change the Date Format

The date is displayed in three places:

  1. Posts on the blog/archive pages
  2. Individual post pages
  3. Comments

The format of the date in all these three places is based on your blog’s date format setting. To change the date format setting for both archive pages and single post pages:

1. Go to Settings and scroll down to locate the Formatting section.

2. The Date header format applies to the individual post pages (2) and the Timestamp format applies only to posts on the blog/archive pages (1). Click on any of these options to pick the desired format and hit “Save”.

Note: to change the date format for the Comments, click on the “Comment timestamp format” from the same “Formatting” section.
